GC Cakes offers group or 1-2-1 classes for any occasion. 
Covering a wide range of skills from basics of butter creaming, to making the perfect assortment of sugar paste flowers.

I've decided to offer two different classes covering beginners to experienced. 

Class no.1 

Cupcake class - 1-2-1, or a group. great for birthdays! 
each participant will be given twelve flavoured cupcakes to buttercream and decorate using sugar and modelling paste. 
 
Decoration can be discussed when booking. 
Time of class... approx 2 hours 
Price: £40 pp (dependant on decoration)

Class no.2

Filling, stacking and decorating a 6'' cake

Each participant will be given a ready baked 6'' round cake, wither in vanilla or chocolate. 

in this class you will learn...
1. how to prepare buttercream.
2. buttercream each layer evenly inside and out. 
2. how to roll Sugarpaste and cover the chilled cake.
4. use a variation of decorating equipment to decorate the cake using sugar and modelling paste. 

Time of class.. 3.5 hours
Price: £90 pp
